In order to provide the best possible selection of vendors and services to our patrons, the MM&PF is a juried event.  Our reader spaces are filled to capacity every year, and we have always maintained a waiting list. Please fill out the application below to be considered for the Marketplace.  The website and description you enter willl be used for our website and event program- Please refer to our style guide for best practices.  We reserve the right to edit for length or content.  The more accurate the information provided, the better equipped we will be to evaluate your application.

Reader spaces are as follows, and include a 6' table and 3 chairs.  

Both Days:  $110
Saturday Only:  $65
Sunday Only:   $55

We will be giving preference to readers who can do both days, but do anticipate having spaces open for single day applicants.

Readers may set their own price and appointment length.  A table will be set up for appointments with a signup sheet for each reader. Attendees will simply sign up for the person and time slot they desire. One of our staff members will attend this table and point people towards their chosen reader at the appropriate time.  You will collect the money from the client, yourself, at the time of their reading.

Applications must be received by November 1, 2018.  We will announce our vendor selections later that month, at which point you will have two weeks to pay your table fee by check or PayPal, or your space will be given to the next applicant on the waiting list.  If you do not make the first cut, you may still be called if another reader cancels or fails to pay their fee.

Please note that all readers must pack up/out at end of day so that we can reset the room for Saturday night's Masquerade Ball and other after hours activities.



Vendor spots for 2018 are currently full, but you will be placed on our waiting list in case another vendor cancels. Please check this box if you would like to apply for next year as well at this time.
